As part of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) process a Notice of Determination (NOD) follows the approval of the project and certification of the Environmental Impact Report. The County of Orange, as anticipated, filed the NOD on Wednesday, June 3. If the team and residents decide to pursue a CEQA suit, it would need to be filed by Friday, July 3.
