Just so we are clear, the Esperanza Hills developer is proposing primary access through existing open space owned by the City of Yorba Linda in the canyon between San Antonio and below Dorinda (light green). The secondary access would be using the Water District road just above Devonport on Stonehaven. Finally there would be an emergency access on Via del Agua for evacuations by residents and access to the project by emergency personnel.
