When you look at the two projects together you get a better idea of how the projects simply add new traffic to an already strained roadway (Yorba Linda Blvd.). Cielo Vista proposes 17 houses off of Aspen, while the remainder of the 95 units will access the property from Via del Agua. The primary access for Esperanza Hills is San Antonio, with the secondary access at Stonehave using the Water District Easement. A third “emergency” only access will be on the same street as the Cielo Vista primary access to Via del Agua. It doesn’t matter how you slice it, all the traffic still leads to Yorba Linda Blvd. There is no way around it.
