Protect Our Homes and Hills, along with Hills For Everyone, filed an appeal of the planning commission’s decision from late October. The Commission voted that there was consistency between a roadway through parkland and the city’s General Plan. And just to cover our bases, since some of our items seem to be missing from the record in the lawsuit, we have opted to have future items signed for.
