Here we are five days into the New Year and we’ve already got a meeting on Esperanza Hills!
Though the notice has yet to be posted, the Esperanza Hills project is set to go before the Orange County Planning Commission next Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 1:30 PM.
Have no fear, we don’t need a posse of red shirts in the audience, no decisions will be made. Instead, we understand that a discussion of the project adjustments (two entrances, density reduction, and analysis of the Bridge to Stonehaven) will be reviewed.
We anticipate a timeline of activities for this spring to be discussed by the Commission and will certainly keep you informed about it.
In the meantime, continue to enjoy the New Year and the rains that will certainly green up the hillsides.
