If you have ever been involved in a lawsuit you know it isn’t a one step process. It is a series of recurring meetings, negotiations, record keeping, and strategy spanning months and months. It is also a series of monthly payments to keep things moving. Thank you to the donors that continue to make this effort possible. Lawsuits aren’t cheap and even though we’ve got a discounted hourly rate from our attorney, it doesn’t mean we are done paying the bills… this lawsuit goes for at least six more months and then… there is Cielo Vista. This financial burden should be carried by the many, not the few. Please help us Protect Tomorrow.
If your quality of life, your safety, your children, your home, your view, or your time is important to you then we need you to donate. Donations to our fiscal sponsor for this effort are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Please consider a generous contribution or become one of our monthly donors.
Earlier today, the Subdivision Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval the Vesting Tentative Tract Map with a minor amendment to some language. To ensure we exhausted our administrative remedies, we provided extensive comments to the Committee. And by extensive we mean nearly 1,200 pages. Yes, you read that right, our team submitted: 1,200 pages. In addition, our attorney also provided a letter to cover additional points. The next step is for the Map to go to the Board of Supervisors.
